Buyer-defined clinical datasets sourced through hospitals, clinics, laboratories and specialist networks. Retrospective archives, prospective collection, multimodal linkage and expert review.
Tell us the cohort, modalities, metadata and clinical endpoints you need. REMI identifies appropriate medical providers and organizes collection, extraction, structuring, de-identification, linkage, quality control and delivery.
Pathology slides, whole-slide images, clinical and outcome data — linked at the patient level.
Clinical and dermoscopic imagery with pathology-confirmed diagnoses. Retrospective datasets and prospective pathology-linked collection.
Buyer-defined imaging cohorts across modalities, with potential for same-patient multimodal linkage.
Structured dental records, radiographic data and clinical photography for adult and pediatric cases.
Cohorts requiring linkage of multiple data types to the same patient over time.
Specialist review, annotation and ground-truth creation by relevant medical professionals.
Two approaches to sourcing the clinical data you need.
Existing clinical archives can be inventoried, digitized, structured and matched against buyer requirements. REMI works with healthcare institutions to identify cases that meet the buyer's cohort definition, extract and structure the relevant data, de-identify records and prepare them for delivery.
If the required dataset does not already exist, REMI can organize new collection through participating healthcare providers using a buyer-defined protocol, devices, software and metadata requirements. Cases are collected, tracked and delivered as they meet the agreed specification.
REMI can organize datasets where multiple modalities and downstream outcomes belong to the same patient or clinical case — particularly valuable for oncology, digital pathology, prediction and validation applications.
From specification to delivery.
You define the cohort, modalities, sample size, metadata, inclusion/exclusion criteria and intended use.
REMI checks suitable hospitals, clinics, laboratories and specialist networks against your requirements.
Depending on the project: extraction, digitization, de-identification, structuring, annotation, patient-level linkage and expert review.
Data is validated against the agreed specification and delivered through a secure method with required documentation.
Data projects are structured according to the applicable provider agreements, consent/legal basis, privacy requirements and intended use. REMI does not assume that access to clinical data automatically permits commercial AI use — rights, consent and compliance are verified and documented for each specific project.
REMI works with healthcare institutions, laboratories and medical specialists and is expanding its clinical provider network. Our initial clinical relationships are concentrated in Ukraine, including oncology, pathology, dermatology and dental care.
Send us your cohort specification, modalities, target volume and required clinical metadata. We will evaluate feasibility through our provider network.
